Bad Services - No delivery

Hi,

I still have not received any responses with regards to the emails I have sent Friday, 06th July - I received an email on Friday that states that delivery should have been done between Wednesday, 4th July and Friday, 6th July and still nothing. I am not telling you how to conduct your business but with not only the poor customer support as well as the lengthy time it takes to deliver and the responses I have seen on both Google and Hello Peter it's no wonder people opt to not use Online stores.

PS. have a look at you Instagram and Facebook I am pretty sure you've lost at least over 50 customers.
