BAD SERVICE ZANDO

I booked a return for shoes that did not fit me and asked for a refund, it took them 1 month to collect the shoes, never answered my emails and i had to follow up everyday and the shoes still not collected. WELL DONE ZANDO REALLY BAD SERVICE
