Bad service,unhappy customer

This is getting out of hand,I have contacted Zando as I ordered shoes online which where delivered to me,I returned them because they were a size small.I called in and arranged for a return.It took them two weeks to get a driver to collect my shoes and I had to contact them and follow up every time.I was advised that I will get a voucher number of the amount I made for the shoes which I returned and I haven't.Very unprofessional.I am very disappointed as I have received a horrible service.No follow up or anything.Its honestly not fair that I made payments for shoes which I don't have!!Order no:***
