BAD SERVICE: PRODUCT IS USELESS TO ME

I placed an online order for a bra which was meant to be a gift. After placing the order i emailed ZANDO to ask if i can cancel the order as i no longer require it, this was before shipping. Nobody came back to me. i tried to return and they are telling me i cant because of their policy on underwear. the original courier packaging has not even been opened!!!!
