Bad service from Zando(NO SERVICE FROM ZANDO)

In actual fact I would like to rate them "ZERO" but your system will not proceed if I don't select at least 1 star! I placed my order on 23 November 2020 and eventually after checking my "Parcel Tracking" I tried calling them but they don't take calls - how pathetic! I emailed and was told that my parcel is on its way. When I checked again the system showed that my parcel was delivered. I immediately emailed them to ask how they can say my parcel is delivered if it wasn't. I was told that they had to do that so that they can refund me. Well it is 29 December and I am still waiting for either a delivery or a refund. Last week they again promised to refund me and it has been more than 7 working days now! I loved ordering from them as their products are really good and at a reasonable price but going forward I will rather order from Superbalist or Takealot as they deliver within 4 days of ordering - excellent after sales service as well. The order from Zando was a Christmas present for my Son - well I then had to get him something else. I ordered on 22 December from Takealot and collected my parcel before Christmas! Such a pity as Zando was my favorite place to order from.
