Bad Service from Zando

Zando and their courier services are so ***********, I made an order on the 3rd September 2023, on the 9th I received a message that my my order has been delivered but did not confirm anything with their courier service, I went to where the order was said to be delivered but did not find my parcel, tried calling their Customer Service line but with no success, send an email also but no one is following up with me, even their Help option on the App it’s not user friendly. I want a refund because my money was deducted but never received my parcel.
