Bad service from zando

I ordered stuff from zando, 1 item the Qtees 3-6 months baby grow was not delivered with my order. I raised a query with zando on the 5th of desember and still no feedback. Not getting through on the landline i sent a few emails regarding the item i paid for but did not receive.

This is very bad service from zando!!! Not getting back and resolving the matter!!!! I asked if the item will still be delivered or are they going to refund me??? Still no reply
