Bad service from Zando

I have placed an order online with Zando something that I do all the time and I was never disappointed ever since I knew about Zando.

This time around I’m extremely disappointed as I have ordered on the 30th November 2019 and my parcel was meant to be delivered between Friday the 06th Dec and yesterday the 10th December 2019, only yesterday it was shipped. I believe with courier today is Wednesday nobody said anything from the courier nor Zando regarding any delay/s. I called the Zando call center nobody answered number of times not once. Can somebody just advise when will my parcel be delivered that’s what I call Good Customer Service.
