Bad service from Zando

I would like to bring this issue under your attention. This is my first order wiyh Zando and I’m already experiencing problems with the delivery. I got an sms on the 10th July saying that they are on their way to deliver . I called Zando 4 times already to find out when will my order be delivered but I’m so disappointed when I call to ask about the delivery the answer was IT SHOW'S THAT IS OUT FOR DELIVERY none of them took an extra mile to follow up .I have been phoning the past three days and they keep on saying they will call me back but I have never received and call nor any feedback as I have send emails to query my order. I called again this morning still waiting for their call back. They dint even reply to my emails .This is really bad service
