Bad service ever

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and a handbag on black Friday at Zando my order still not hear, they've been sending messages telling me they apologise, yesterday I called them inquiring about this because those shoes are needed tomorrow for white thyme party they said maybe today I must wait at least for today, today nothing, I called again today now they are telling me only next week Wednesday after receive them next week what will I do with them then because i bought it for tomorrow now 3 people are going to disappointed because of this, and they say there is nothing they can do they are not willing to help me, when I ask for a refund i will only receive my money next week, I don't have money to buy shoes somewhere else today, this is bad customer services
