Bad service

I placed an order on the 1/02/2022 and according to the confirmation mail I should have received the package today and to date nothing was received and upon follow up I find out that there is delay and have to wait another week for my order.I would never have known about the delay if I did not contact them myself and the worst of all is that I ordered the item before my colleague who place an order on the dmsame day after me and she received her order within 3 days.
