Bad service delivery and CPA - apparently doesn't mean anything here

SOAPBOX MOMENT:

Has anyone ordered from Zando and not received their goods? I ordered some shoes on 25 April 2018 and their courier delivered the parcel but the parcel is nowhere to be found.

I have been in contact with them several times and keep getting told that the matter is under investigation but they have their money and I don't have my shoes. I am completely irritated by the lack of service delivery. Why should this be my problem? Just send a new pair of shoes, surely?????

Where did their courier deliver the parcel to? Who signed for it? Apparently they delivered it to our reception at 6.30pm on Monday, 30 April at 6.30pm. Well guess what - our offices are closed at 6.30pm! We have no receptionist sitting at her desk at that hour.

WHERE ARE MY SHOES????? Don't ever stand between a woman who knows what she wants and her shoes! FFS!!
