Bad service

Bad delivery service ever... I wouldn't recommend this retail store to anyone. I logged for return,I actually wanted t o exchange the size because it was big. N guess what, the pick up agent did not pitch nor call but I received an e-mail to say the courier could not get hold of me 2 times to fetch my order. Y are they not calling because they have my number and my alternative number thereof. So very much disappointed, order number ***
