Bad service and non delivery

I’ve ordered a pair of shoes on the 24/11/2018 and paid them the same day. Till today I haven’t received my parcel every day it’s a new story from zando when I try to call them they don’t even get bothered to answer customers calls. Order number ********** 57 last week on Wednesday they said they have shipped my parcel today it’s the 8th I haven’t received it... this is a very bad service from zando you just lost a customer by doing that I want my parcel...
