Bad service

Placed my order on the 27th of November recieved a message that my parcel will be delivered on the 4th to my surprise never did till today the 10th don't even want to count how many days later such bad service no email rep****...call centre re assured me lies last agent I spoke to proudly said you'll recieve your order before 5 today that was friday or Thursday the 6th of November I am beyond dissatisfied with the service this is not even 5 to 7 working days plus no communication as to what was the hold up I had to call...no maarn
