BAD SERVICE

I received a notification this morning at 9.15am that my order would be delivered TODAY. It was a bday gift for a family member whose birthday is TODAY. When I called to enquire I was told that delivery takes between 3-5 working days. SO????? I received a notification that I was getting my order TODAY. That is as good as a promise. I am terribly dissappointed for this type of attitude over the phone and embarrassment that I will be arriving with no gift in hand.<br> <br> Had I known that Zando would not deliver on their promise then I would have made another plan and purchased elsewhere. As I am from the service industry too all I can say is this is not acceptable.
