Bad service!!!!

I have purchased two items, a t-shirt and a dress which both cost me R848.00 in total on the 12th of August 2020. I sent two messages to the Help center since the money was deducted from my account but the order was canceled due to unsuccessful payment.

The disputes I opened were never attended to since the 3 working days passed and no contact was made with me.

I want my refund back. My order number is ***.
