Bad Service

So i purchase 2 pair of boots at Zando after receiving the order i discovered that the boot were dusty and of cheap quality and a bit torn. so i have requested for return which took more than 2 days to be collected. My return tickets haven't been updated and it been 7 days now since the order was collected by courier. I want my refund.
