Bad service

I placed my order on the 4th of December and made payment the same day. today is the 9th of January I still havent received my order. I tried calling their offices countless times and not even once did I get an answer. They are not replying to my emails as well. I am fed with their bad service and their unproffesionalism.

They are the worst online shopping ever.
