Bad service

I have place an order the beginning of December till today I haven't received my order, when I call them I hold for 45 minutes no answer the next thing they I will receive my order buy tomorrow after 2 days I call them again they tell me that my first order has been dispatch today from Cape Town. To me I think they should close there business until have a strategy how to deal with order. Soon am closing here at work how am I going to get my order because me and kids we needed those I team. If I cancel the order I will not get my refund because I was using vouchers that I bought from on discount. Please help close down Zando.
