BAD SERVICE

I have ordered and PAID for something on the 30 November 2018, as per their policy it takes 3 working days and during busy periods they said 5 workin days. This item I have ordered is for a work function taking place tomorrow i have not received it. When you call, you wait for over 30 minutes before your call is attended to and the consultant said i should expect my delivery this week. Its Thursdy today and STILL NOTHING.
