when are you people going to get back to me? I want my voucher for an item I paid for and is now OUT OF STOC****!!!!

ive complained before and nothing was done, ive sent emails and ive been trying to call?

when are you guys going to attend to my query?

and FYI dont sent me a reply to email your complaints department because ive done that already!
