Bad Service

Worst Service I have ever received. on the 16th June at 14h58 I requested to return shoes( ********** 77) order number ********** 58 as they do not fit me, on the 18th a guy from Zando came to collect the shoes from my work. on the 21st Zando confirmed that the return has been refunded to me. surprisingly I Did not receive any correspondence regarding the reversal, not even Today. I tried sending several emails asking for assistance even make calls but no answer, now I did not get my money that I paid to them neither did I get the shoes. Its such frustrating and ridiculously. I am so upset and regret my decision of ordering shoes from Zando.
