Bad service

I have order Sneaker the size was small when I try to return it on the line there is no option to request for that , try to call the call center number since the morning no pick up until 13:57 . then was told you can only do that on telephonically (coast to customers ) . when they pick up the call now I’ve been told it will take long maybe 2 weeks to get my Sneaker the right size. They need to do better on this . I have to leave next week Friday to Bundu land so they can’t deliver for me . I’m very disappointed with the service it bad , they need to upgrade their system : order no : ********** 98
