Bad service

I’m very disappointed with Zando service . I’ve order 4 items and check out but when they delivered it was 3 teams , call their call centre , They told me it out of stock but I’ve already bought the stuff order no : ********** 68 , when I ask them to get same item but different colour , they told me but I won’t get the discount . it my fault they don’t have stock or me paying on cash . I’m so angry I won’t buy anything from them and also I will tell my friends and Colleagues the bad service they have .
