Bad Service

I ordered online via Zando and they delivered the parcel to my work address and unfortunately I was not working that day but in my absence they requested a R50 penalty fee which was not stipulated from the onset.

I'm really disappointed in such a reputable company. I will never again purchase anything from Zando. Yes, R50 might be little but we work hard for this money.
