Bad Service!!!

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that there is always a problem with the Zando app . I had to then get my sister to place my order for me as it's a bit of a rush order cause it's for mine and my Fiancés engagement photoshoot next weekend. My sister then managed to place the order and then you cancelled it AFTER taking the money. We then contacted you and no... You aren't sending my order, You will refund but don't even know when you will be able to refund making it impossible to re order what we bought. Absolutely PATHETIC! I will never support you guys again.

I had a similar issue last year but thought I would give a second chance, really wish that I hadn't!
