Bad service!

Order items... after two days... first they send email saying they didnt receive payment... we need to show them that we did. Than after two days they let me know that a certain item is no longer available. Than after 3 days send email that the goods will be delivered... after 3 days no deleviry... we phoned... it will be delivered today... call following day... no sorry was to late, will be delivered first thing following day... the fillowing day we phone again... guy at support very arrogant... ask again when, said will be delivered today... and... today... still waiting for our items from Zando!
