Bad service

<p>Good Morning</p> <p>I am so dissapointed on how my deliver was done, promises were not kept.</p> <p>They have sent me an sms that they are delivering my coat yesterday and they didnt, around past 4 i called the office since i was knocking off and they told me their delivery is between 8 and 17:00, i then stayed there waited for my delivery until 17:30 and no delivery, not even a person to call me that they wont deliver yesterday. i stood there like a fool. Today i went back to the website to check my delivery, i got this status Redelivery attempt is in progress 04:42 12-07-2016, when i look at the time it doesnt make sense. i have paid lots of money to be played of. I am sorry but this need to be reported. i then contacted the supplier and Miche Bosman promised that my delivery will be done before 4Pm and nothing happened, i dont know if the coat is there or not, and when i cancell the order they tell me they will only refund me once they get the delivery back to them, i dont understand what they trying to say because the delivery it never came. what i want is my money back. </p> <p>Regards;</p> <p>Thabile Leeuw</p> <p> </p>
