Bad Returns Service

I returned mine on the 18th till date I am not getting any response from them. The last time they cared to reply a rude call center agent told me to wait 7 working days so now I am not sure if I am the illiterate one here because its long overdue! I have been holding for 9+mins today no answer! I have always recommended Zando but I must say I am very disappointed at their returns service!
