Bad Quality Products

<p>I bought a pair of shoe from Zando and after wearing them twice, the back strap came loose. After the thirs wear, the metal ring which holds one of the laces came loose and cut my foot. I emailed Zando and: </p> <p> </p> <p>1. It took them over two months to respond</p> <p>2. They did not even apologise for the injury caused, just stated that I did not qualify for a refund (which I did not want)</p> <p> </p> <p>The shoe brand is Miss Black. </p> <p> </p> <p>Zando is not even bothered that the products they sell are injuring customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Despicable products and service.</p>
