Bad quality money lost

I have always been buying from Zando Online.. I bought Kangol sneakers my size but felt bigger and uncomfortable... I thought it was a size and gave them to my daughter still the same... The quality is really bad and I cry for my money and that Iost because these sneakers are not wearable no matter what
