Bad, Pathetic service

I placed an order at Zando last week Thursday, paid for it but to date I have not received the order, yesterday, I received an email confirming the order would be delivered by Mathew Nene. Mathew Nene called me at 16:00 yesterday and told I should send her location. I did and I asked him as to how far he is so I can give him directions to my house but it didn't sound as though he was in my hood.

I'm now trying to call him and he ignores my calls, I paid a R1000 for my order
