Bad Delivery Service

Good day<br> <br> I have been left disappointed again about your delivery services for two years in a row i place an order on the 18 Dec and paid Express fee so that i can get my parcel within two days as you promised but again im left disappointed like in 2014. on the 22 Dec i called in when i saw my parcel is not arriving i spoke Zuko who and his operation manager promised me i will get my parcel as promised on the 22nd and will lease with Courier company who had no idea why is my delivery late. On the 21st Dec i received sms guarantee me i will receive parcel on the 22nd Dec today as i write this email 23 Dec 2015 still haven't received and yet i paid for the express service why did i pay for express if i will have to wait four days to get my parcel. i am very very disappointed as this is happening the second time and i do not think i will ever use your services again or even recommend friends as i have been doing.<br> <br> my order number is *** and last year had same problem with order *** which was late and delivered to the wrong address.
