Bad Delivery Service

After I placed my order. The morning of the 13 June I received sms and email for delivery on the same day. Later around 17:00 I called the driver to find out what is happening. He told me he will not make it. Wednesday the 14 in the afternoon I emailed Zando, I called their customer care. Today the 16th, still no delivery, no communication whatsoever! To think its the 2nd time I experience this makes me realise how bad their service is!
