Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a boot and it duplicated I then cancelled the one and then my other order cancelled yet I already paid for the order. I have been trying to hey hold of an agent to.assist me I've been sending mails for 2 days now and no response this is pathetic!!!
