Bad customer service

So I've been purchasing from zando for the longest time ever and this weekend I tried making a purchase and went out of my cart to add something else and my voucher of 25% off was removed and I couldn't add it back. I emailed them advising that I wasn't able to use the voucher immediately. A chap gave me a call this morning askong what the voucher code was and i didnt remember so we spoke and intold him thr whole story and he said to me " I suggest you buy what you can afford" how rude was this. This is wrong on every level you don't tell a customer that and he shouldn't even be in customer service. Im so upset at the moment its not even funny. I will continue telling all my friends and family that I have referred to zando to stop making purchases
