Bad customer service and long lead times for deliveries

Since the look Zando online shopping this year, Zando's customer service and delivery turn around time has being so poor and not to the standard that we had know and expected. I ordered 4 items on sale on the 14 of May, I was promised expected dates of delivery twice after i had to enquire. Only on the 1st of June, I find that my order was cancelled. I never expected such poor customer service from Zando. Superbalist is now my preferred online clothing website. I'm really disappointed in Zando
