Bad customer service

I will never buy from Zando again!! I returned my items at the end of January 2020. To date I have not received my refund. I've spoken to different consultants and they all give me different stories. I've escalated my issue to a manager (Shawal Abraham) who couldnt take my call because she was busy. I'm still waiting for her call. I sent an email to their customer complaints department and no one has responded.
