BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order on the 25th of November 2015 ,as per their promise of 3 days delivery ,i was supposed to get the parcel on Friday.I phoned the call centre yesterday around pm and the last the lady that answered the phone was not friendly cause I wanted to confirm if i will receive my parcel yesterday before 5 pm.She confirmed that I will receive it before 5 pm.On my way home around 17:20pm the driver phoned me and he didn't no apologies for the inconvenience caused as he is late ,the only thing he said was that he did not have a choice.THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE<br> IAM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
