BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have previously ordered from Zando and the delivery is usually extremely fast and efficient.<br> I have received an email on Tuesday to say that the parcel has been dispatched.I phoned the call centre yesterday- first call I was told by Luke that my parcel is scheduled for delivery yesterday (12 Feb) ,next call I was told no you chose 3-5 day delivery option so you basically have to wait.However Brandon informed me via email that my parcel was to be delivered yesterday before 17h00.I am still waiting for this parcel which was meant for my husband's birthday which was yesterday.Noboby can assist with tracking the parcel either.<br> Order ***.<br>
