Bad customer service

I received a message that my goods were on delivery on the 9 January witch I did not receive. When I called they told me the guy was hijacked if i never called i would still be sitting and waiting. I have sent them numerous emails asking an update as to what is happening with my order and their is just no response. I don't see why the clients need to chase call and email behind you guys. What happened to good customer service or is it just about the money? Will never use them again.
