Bad Customer Service

I've received did a purchase online , the order was duplicated . I called in immediately (14/11/2017) to notify them . The next day the order was still dispatched 15/11. I called in again Today 20/11 they deliver the duplicate order . I called in for the 3rd time today each call 12-15 minute's and getting put on hold for a long time . *********** staff! Now I must wait for them to fetch the order 4-8 days Then another 72 hours to process the refund & then up to 7 working days to get a refund .
