Bad Customer service

<p>I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes , however the one pair of shoe does not fit me properly so i wanted to exchange it for a smaller size.On my profile there is no option to request return as the order status has not been updated. I have sent several emails regarding this matter but i have recieved no feedback.</p>
