Bad Customer Aftersale service

I've been requesting assistance to change the pair of boots that are smaller in size than standard -from size 7 to 8. I've been emailing with no assistance, the place i was referred facilitate this change is not available on my profile.

I bought the boots as a gift for the cold winter days in Cape Town - the recipient is yet to enjoy the gift.
