Bad communication

I have requested a return on Zando last week on Thursday the 25 of January but I haven't received any response regarding the return.

While waiting for them to come collect return I have placed an order. And it arrive the following week.

Due to my frustration I have told the guy who came for my delivery and he said I must give it to me he will take it back to Zando.

Same day I have called Zando and I have received an attitude from the consultant and wrote an email too for follow up on the call and till today they have never made a follow. up on this nor call for the following

I am frustrated as I need my refund now
