Bad, bad service

Ordered boots from them and was informed that my return was processed although I didn't receive the delivery. That was 2 weeks ago and I requested them, quite a few times now, to reimburse the money as they cancelled the order. NO RESPONSE! They also don't answer the phone due to the lockdown, how convenient!
