Bad bad customer service

The worst customer service ever,i ordered 2 items on the 25/11/2018 and have not revived my items or any communication from zandi,tried calling and phone just rang for minutes and minutes ,no reply on emails I'm so so over zando, will never order from them again,the least I asked was communication from them but nothing .bad bad service.
