Bad and dishonest service

Zando has become a joke and ****s, I wonder since when?? I made a payment and order was confirmed, after few minutes they sent me messages to say that order was cancelled because they didn't get payment, but money is out of my account. Please zando bring my order and I will make sure never to buy from you again.
