AWOL Shoe worn for the 1st time and it just broke

Good Day, I have been a loyal customer of Zando and I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted in the qualify Zando's is selling. I bought a Awol Shoe block heel on the 15 December and yesterday I decided to wear this shoe but to my detriment, I was so embarrassed as I was walking this shoe has torn on the side and I had to leave work bare feet. I was really left inconvenienced. I immediately, advise Zando's about the incident and all they said was. \ We are so sorry to see this\" after what I had to go through yesterday. I have requested to speak the CEO and they said to me I cannot speak to the CEO but they will let me speak to a manager. I just think that is very poor service its like the person on the other side is just don't have any sympathy or empathy for your as the customer. I expected, a manager to call me immediately and apologize for what happened to me but no, I had to request management to contact me. I am a very unhappy customer. "
